Requirement: Marine Corps Installations - West (MCIWEST) Fire & Emergency Services (F&ES) Departments require annual flow testing of department owned SCBA equipment for the various fire stations aboard Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Pendleton (CPEN), Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Miramar, Marine Corps Logistics Base (MCLB) Barstow, Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC) Twentynine (29) Palms and Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center (MCMWTC) Bridgeport. These services are required for F&ES to be compliant with applicable National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) standards. Address every evaluation factor and sub-factor thoroughly with direct supporting documentation. Mandatory Attachments: Review, complete, sign, and return the Technical Acceptability Checklist with your quote. Quotes submitted without all required documentation or failing to meet the minimum stated requirements will not be considered.
